As members of the United States Green Building Council, Watts Construction is now providing LEED green building services. LEED is a voluntary rating system developed by the USGBC to promote and develop high performance, sustainable buildings. LEED rates buildings based on the following five categories: Site Selection, Water Efficiency, Energy Efficiency, Materials and Resources, and Innovation and Design. To gain certification, the building must meet these categories at the highest standards and receive the points needed to gain desired certification score. A LEED AP (LEED Accredited Professional) is on staff to help your business achieve the highest level of certification available for your company.
